Paul is one of our security and investigative specialists. He started his adult working career in the Canadian Forces where he was a reserve medic and later in his career as a trainer. He owned his own agency after successive promotions in the security and investigations industry where he started as a security officer, private investigator, supervisor, operations manager and finally vice-president. Most recently he worked as an armed Criminal Investigator for the Federal Government where he specialized in training and computer forensics. After over twenty years of public service he retired in July 2017. He has various instructor certifications including firearms instructor, RCMP defensive tactics instructor, Emergency First Responder instructor and instructor trainer. ASP Certified Tactical Weapons Instructor, SCUBA Instructor, and CBRNE instructor. Paul is a Certified Protection Officer and is Certified in Security Supervision and Management through the International Foundation of Protection Officers.
His formal education includes an undergraduate degree in Theology, a diploma in Law Enforcement and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. He also has a professional designation as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Paul is a graduate of the Canadian Police College Computer Forensic Examiner program. Paul currently holds the CompTIA A+ computer technician certification and is a McAfee Institute Board Certified Forensic HiTech Investigator. Paul just recently graduated from the Humber College Cyber Crime Specialist Program. He has graduated from the Centennial College Alarm Technician Program offered through CANASA and is an Alarm.com Certified Technician. He recently graduated with a Paralegal Diploma and became a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public. His current education pursuit is an LLB program in the UK.
He was a recipient of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012.

She holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation from (ISC)2, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Certified Expert in Cyber Investigations (CECI) designation from the McAfee Institute, a Management and Technology of Cyber Protection certificate from the Canadian Communications Security Establishment (CSE), a Threat and Risk Assessment certificate from the CSE, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification, as well as CompTIA Network+ Professional System Administration Support and A+ Computer Service Technician certifications.
